It's great to see an internationally classed hotel and restaurant here in St. John's. Blue on Water is the only place to go if you're looking for comfort, service and the food of a 5 star boutique hotel in Europe or the US. It makes for an excellent evening to eat inventive, succulent food with friends, then retire for the evening in your spacious, peaceful and very comfortable room. You don't get "lost in the crowd/numbers" at Blue on Water like you would at a larger hotel, yet you're not in someone's home as you are at a bed and breakfast. It's the perfect remedy for those who want a hotel stay, in a not-so-hotel environment. Truly a treat for the discerning traveler.
