"Blue on Water" is a small completely non-smoking, adult only boutique hotel that opened in November, 2004. It is the first and currently the only boutique hotel in St. John's that exhibits a modern and contemporary decor. Blue was created by combining one of the best dining experiences in the city with hotel rooms that pamper both the business traveler and vacationer alike.
